New service at Woodbridge Practice – WorkWell

WorkWell is part of a wider effort across the region to help people to stay well, stay in work or return to work. The programme is being delivered by Hartlepool Local Authority, in conjunction with Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar and Cleveland and Darlington councils as part of their established employment hubs.

Each Local Authority is working closely with the existing Patient Advisor Service and Impact on Teesside Employment Services and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE), to make sure that WorkWell is joined up and connected with existing support services. The aim is to support people to stay well and remain in work.

Patients can book an appointment at reception.
