New Positive Patient Feedback
We have launched a new Friends and Family survey, which patients receive after their appointment.
This is just some of the fantastic feedback:
- The nurse was so helpful explained everything it was just an overall good experience.

- I would like to thank Dr. Sharjeel for all their care, understanding and concerns about my health when I visited him on the 05/06/26 at the Ingleby practice. He gave me a thorough examination with a chaperone. He took time in asking me detailed questions about the symptoms that I was suffering with over the last few months, which had really dragged me down. Dr. Sharjeel had done swabs, tests and really looked after me, as my symptoms are still ongoing he telephones to explain the situation in detail and what treatment I require so I will feel better in myself and he truly cares for my health, welfare and wellbeing. This hasn’t gone unnoticed. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart it is much appreciated.
- My first lady this morning was gushing with positive comments about Sam I on the front desk. Said she goes over and above the call of duty.
- I would just like to thank Dr. Mhando on the 30/03/26 for his care, understanding and courtesy sending me to the x-ray department as I had been having extreme pain in my left knee. If it wasn’t for his concern about my health, welfare I would never have known how much damage had been done to my knee and he got the ball rolling so I could have the treatment I needed to cope with the pain, management of trying to cope daily with the agony and distress. This was very much appreciated and his support and help with the situation had made me feel much better overall. Once again thank you so much.
